Nigerian singer, Davido has finally explained his decision to invest in Plain Jane watches.

Recall in 2021, Davido revealed to the World that he has stopped buying diamond encrusted watches (sorry Icebox) after a Plain Jane watch – Patek Philippe – was sold double the price he bought in 2020.

He disclosed the loss affected him and because of that, he decided to buy more of the Plain Jane watches instead of diamond.

This evening, Davido tool to his IG story to educate his followers on why they should invest in plain gold watches and not diamond. He shared a picture of his plain rose gold Patek Philippe and the price growth of the wristwatch.
